Kumono Kayoko was a Japanese actress known for her work in the Takarazuka Revue, particularly in the top class of the Moon Troupe. Born in Kanda, Tokyo, Japan, she joined the Takarazuka Music School as part of the 11th graduating class in 1921 and made her stage debut in 1923. She left the Takarazuka Revue in 1942.

Following her departure, she married Kawaguchi Masaru and lived in Shanghai during the war. After the war, she returned to Japan as a repatriate. Kumono then worked as a Japanese dance instructor at Takarazuka Kodomo Athena, a lecturer in classical theater at Takarazuka Music School, and a choreographer for Japanese dance at the Takarazuka Revue.

Her family included her younger brother, Torii Masachiro, who was president of Hankyu Department Store, and her older sister, Amatsu Otome, who was a top star and director of the Takarazuka Revue.
