Kim Min Hwi, later legally changed to Kim Seo Beom and known professionally as Min Sung, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, and former member of ROMEO (로미오). He graduated from Apgujeong High School.

He made his debut in May 2015 as the group's lead dancer, vocalist and visual with their first EP, "The Romeo". They were originally managed in a joint venture by Japanese company Pony Canyon and by South Korean company CT Entertainment. In 2016, CT was acquired by Hunus Entertainment (후너스엔터테인먼트) and took full control of the group's management.

He made his acting debut in 2017 with a role in the web drama "A Touch on Your Cheek".

After early releases, the group began promoting less and less until they went on hiatus in early 2018. While no official announcement was ever made, ROMEO silently disbanded in late 2019.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on August 9, 2021, and was discharged on February 8, 2023.

In June 2024, he changed his legal name to Kim Seo Beom, but no more information regarding his activities is available.
