Fukuoka Seigo, born Fukuoka Masatake (福岡正剛) in Shitaya, Tokyo, Japan, was a Japanese actor. He graduated from Kinjo Junior High School and studied in the Film Department of Kamakura Academy. Over the course of his career, he was affiliated with several film studios, including Toei, Shochiku, and Taiyo Film, as well as talent agencies Seino Office and Sato Office.

Fukuoka came from an acting family; his mother was the actress Fukuoka Kimiko, and his wife was Fukuoka Yukiko. After leaving the film industry, he managed a club.

He passed away on February 4, 1996, at the age of 66, due to acute heart failure.
