Kwon Seok Gook is a South Korean singer and member of GREEN ZONE (녹색지대). He graduated from Daejeon Commercial High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hannam University.

He made his debut in 1994 when singer and producer Kim Beom Ryong decided to form a duo and brought him and Kwak Chang Seon together. Their first single, "I'll Be In Love", gathered immediate attention from the music experts

The pair was fairly popular in the mid-90s but, in 1997, he decided to become a soloist and left after releasing their third album. However, he was not very successful as a solo artist and he returned to GREEN ZONE in 2006. After this work, they decided to disband.

Kwak revived the duo in 2009 but decided not to invite him as they could never settle their differences. Surprisingly, they reunited for an episode of "Two Yoo Project Sugar Man Season 1" in 2016 and appeared together in an episode of "Immortal Songs" in 2024.

He now owns a café and continues to sing occasionally.
