Mita Monika is a Japanese actress and idol born in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently a member of the female idol group Aioke and is affiliated with Forside Media. Previously, she was a member of Hakoiri Musume and FLOWLIGHT. In December 2017, she changed her name from Suganuma Monika (菅沼もにか). Mita graduated from Seishin Joshi University.

In April 2014, she was scouted by Box Corporation. Shortly after, she auditioned for Hakoiri Musume and was selected as a member while also becoming a third-generation student in the AI Actress Training Project, from which she later graduated to focus on her group activities. Mita made her stage debut in "Eden no Sora ni Furu Yuku Hoshi Uta" (エデンの空に降りゆく星唄) in August 2014.

Her activities with Hakoiri Musume were suspended in September 2016 due to some behavioral issues, and she officially left the group on December 31, 2016. On December 1, 2017, she announced her name change to Mita Monika and her affiliation with Graffiti via Twitter.

On March 25, 2019, she transferred to Forside Media and joined FLOWLIGHT, which disbanded on December 31 of that year. Subsequently, Mita, along with Kimura Hazuki and Sato Kotono, formed the idol group "Karen-cies" (カレンシーズ) in November 2019. She began her activities with Aioke, previously known as RY, on July 23.
