Lee Yung Feng, also known as Li Mei Kuo (李美國), is a Taiwanese theater actor, playwright, and director from Budai, Chiayi, Taiwan. He graduated from the National Academy of Arts Drama Department and the Graduate Institute of Traditional Arts at National Taipei University of the Arts, where he specialized in Cultural Heritage and Cultural Policy.

Lee founded the Paper Windmill Theater in 1992 and has held various roles, including executive director of the Paper Windmill Cultural Education Foundation and artistic supervisor of the theater. He also served as the chairman of Mirror TV.

Lee is the brother of sculptor Li Liang Jen (李良仁).
