Shen graduated from National Chubei Senior High School (國立竹北高級中學) in 2002 and Fu Jen Catholic University (輔仁大學) in 2006 with a degree in English. In 2008, she was selected to join the YOYO Channel and officially debuted after three months of training in March 2009 as part of the Sky Family (天空家族) within the YOYO Family.
She remained with the channel until her departure in 2023.
