Fumika, born Mizukusa Fumika (水草文香), is a Japanese actress and model from Hyogo, Japan.

She was a finalist in the 50th Miss Nippon Contest (第50回ミス日本コンテスト) in 2018 and made her debut as a gravure model in 2020 under the Legend Talent Agency (レジェンド・タレント・エージェンシー). In 2021, she starred in her first leading roles in two films: The Farmer's Bride is Caution Required Part 1: The Angel's Descent (農家の嫁は取り扱い注意 Part1 天使降臨篇) and The Farmer's Bride is Caution Required Part 2: The Organic Great Strategy (農家の嫁は取り扱い注意 Part2 有機ある大作戦篇).

Fumika left the Legend Talent Agency on March 31, 2023, and became a freelancer. On July 28, 2024, she announced the establishment of her personal agency in April of the same year.

Prior to her entertainment career, she worked as a hotel employee and a medical esthetician.
