Jeon Won Seok is a South Korean singer and former member of DICE (주사위). He graduated from Hwagok High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Vocal Music from Myongji University.

He made his debut in February 1984 as part of the band DICE. He was the vocalist until July 1986 when he decided to become a soloist.

Shortly thereafter, he debuted as a solo artist with the single, "Don't Leave". The song was originally supposed to go to singer Park Sang Min but it fell through and he took it instead.

He remains active as a singer and is also a Professor of Vocal Music at the Korea National University of Arts.
