Kim Sang U, known professionally as Woody, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer and former member of N-TRAIN (엔트레인). He graduated from Gyeongbuk Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Practical Music from Seokyeong University.

He made his debut in May 2011 as N-TRAIN's main vocalist and maknae with their first digital single, "One Last Cry". The group was managed by Media Line Entertainment (미디어라인 엔터테인먼트, formerly known as Midas Entertainment) and the agency decided to experiment by creating an idol group that focused on R&B and soul music instead of the typical pop and dance songs.

Music reviews praised their vocal skills, but unfortunately, after a few more releases, the group quietly disbanded sometime in 2013 without an official statement by the company or the members.

He made his debut as a solo artist in January 2019 with the digital single "Fire Up".

He is currently represented by Golden Moon Entertainment (골든문 엔터테인먼트).
