Choi Kang Rok, also known as Roi Choi, is a South Korean chef. He graduated from Jungsan High School and later obtained a specialization in Culinary Technology Management from Tsuji Culinary Institute.

He first appeared on TV as a contestant in "Masterchef Korea Season 2", where he ended up being the winner.

He focuses on Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi, as he became obsessed with it after working at a Japanese restaurant. He opened his first restaurant at the age of 24 but, it failed. He later went abroad and studied the language and culture and is now a business owner and book author.
