Kim Byeong Chan is a South Korean announcer. He graduated from Cheongju High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chungbuk National University and a master's degree in Broadcasting Policy from Westminster University.

He made his debut in 1990 as part of the 17th open recruitment for announcers at KBS and was immediately placed in the KBS News team. He then moved to Sports and Entertainment. He decided to quit KBS in 2006 and is now a freelance announcer.
