Xiao Pan Pan, born Hsieh Chien Hui (謝千惠), is a Taiwanese actress and TV hostess born in Changhua, Taiwan. She was a board member of the now-defunct Paotao Shihtai Chun (寶島時代村). In 2002, she ran for the Taipei City Council, though she was not elected.

She became romantically involved with Sun Peng in 2005, but they later broke up. In June 2012, she married Chiang Chin Liang, a night market tycoon, though they are currently separated without having divorced.

Xiao Pan Pan retired from the entertainment industry in 2016.
