Inagaki Takashi was a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with the theater company Gekidan Mingei (劇団民藝). A graduate of the Haiyuza Training Institute (俳優座養成所), he joined Gekidan Mingei and made his acting debut in 1960 with the play "The Cage" (檻). He was also an associate member of the Japan Music Ensemble (日本音楽集団).

After undergoing medical treatment in late 2016, he resumed his acting career in 2017.
