Fang Gang Liang is a Chinese director, screenwriter, producer. He is a teacher at the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy and a member of the China Film Directors Association. He graduated from the Recording Department of Beijing Film Academy in 1991 and obtained a master's degree from the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy in 1995. He began to teach at the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy in 1998.
