Heart Ryan Evangelista (born April 9, 2002) is a Filipino singer under Viva Records. She is a member of the supergroup Ppop Generation and a member of the girl group LITZ.

On April 12, 2019, Heart made her debut as the unknown member of the newest supergroup and girl group of Viva Records, Ppop Generation Team C. The group officially released the first single, Boom Ganda, on the same day.

On October 29, 2021, Heart was revealed as the fifth and last member of the pre-debut girl group LITZ.

The group officially debuted with their debut single, "Kidlat", on March 8, 2022.
