Choi Soon Ja, known professionally as Choi Soo Min, is a South Korean voice actress. She is the mother of actor Cha Tae Hyun. She graduated from Seongsu High School.

She made her debut in 1969 as part of the 5th open recruitment of the Voice Actors' Association and TBC. When the media merger occurred, she was reclassified as being part of the 11th class of KBS in 1980. She was well-known among children and teenagers during the 1990s as she provided the Korean voice for many foreign cartoon characters.

She remains active in the voice acting industry and she provides narration for many audiobooks as well as cultural and social programs on networks such as ENA, Channel A, among others.
