Zheng Hua Ping (鄭華平) is a Chinese television producer and a member of the Chinese Communist Party. He holds a master's degree in philosophy from Central South University (中南大學).

He began his career in June 2000 as a reporter at the News Center of Hunan Television (湖南電視台), where he later held various editorial and management roles, including Director of the Administration Department at Golden Eagle Cartoon Channel (金鷹卡通頻道), and Section Chief of the Planning and Promotion Department of the General Editorial Office.

In 2011, he joined Mango Media (芒果傳媒), serving as Deputy Director of the Reform and Listing Office and concurrently Deputy Director of the General Editorial Office of Hunan Satellite Channel (湖南衛視頻道). From 2011 to 2014, he was Deputy Director of the Program Trade Management Center at Hunan Broadcasting System (湖南廣播電視台).

From 2014 to 2019, Zheng held leadership roles across several affiliated companies, including Co-General Manager and later General Manager of Shanghai Mango Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (上海芒果互娛科技有限公司); Chairman of Hunan Happy Mango Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (湖南快樂芒果互娛科技有限公司); and Deputy General Manager of Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. (湖南快樂陽光互動娛樂傳媒有限公司).

He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Mango Excellent Media Co., Ltd. (芒果超媒股份有限公司) and Vice President of Mango TV (芒果TV).
