Kwon Soon Kwan is a South Korean singer-songwriter, musician, composer, and member of NO REPLY (노리플라이). He graduated from Dong-Ah Broadcasting Arts University with a bachelor's degree in Composition.

He first debuted as a composer with songs for singers Alex, Yunha, among others. He then joined Jung Wook Jae and formed the indie duo NO REPLY. In 2006, they competed in the 17th "Yoo Jae Ha Music Competition" and earned 2nd place with the single "Looking Back". They officially debuted in June 2009 with their first album, "Road". He uses the stage name Moment for his performances as part of the duo.

In 2011, he began working as a composer and producer when Jung decided to take a break and put the duo on hiatus. He made his debut as a solo artist in April 2013 with the single album, "A Door". He has provided OSTs for several dramas and is also an independent radio DJ.

He is represented by MPMG (엠피엠지뮤직) and he is focused on his activities as a soloist but remains part of NO REPLY.
