Stella Chang is a Taiwanese singer, television and radio host born in Taipei, Taiwan.

Stella Chang officially entered the music industry after joining Dianjiang Records in 1985, releasing her first solo album in the same year. She has gone on to release over thirty albums over the course of her illustrious music career where she received numerous awards in recognition.

In 2005, Stella Chang married Sung Hsueh Ien; the couple moved to Hong Kong where they raised two sons.
