Zhe Lai, born Li Cui Xia (李翠霞), is a Chinese folk singer and songwriter from Lixiang, Jinchang, Gansu, China. She is also known by her former stage names Cao Yue Han (曹语涵) and Cao Meng Fei (曹梦菲; 曹孟菲).

Zhe Lai graduated from Xi'an Conservatory of Music and is focused on traditional folk music in western China. She serves as a vocal teacher in the Department of European and American Singing at the School of Popular Singing of Beijing Contemporary Music Academy.
