Jung Si Yeon, later legally changed to Jung You Kyung, is a South Korean singer, musical actress, and former member of RUMORS (루머스).

She made her debut in 1994 when she released the OST "Sometimes I Look Back At That Place" for the MBC drama, "Adam's City". The following year, she gained attention for the OST "I'm Only Happy By Your Side" for another MBC drama, "Hotel". The song became popular, and she was able to record a solo album in mid-1995.

In 1997, she joined Lee Sang Kyu and formed the co-ed band RUMORS. They debuted in early 1999 with their first album, "Storm". However, the group only found success with their lead single and afterwards went on hiatus before disbanding around 2001. She then became a musical actress and debuted in 2002 as part of the Japanese theater company Shiki.
