Mom Luang Kwantip Devakula, nicknamed Pom, is a nutritionist, Thai food expert and YouTuber born in Phra Nakhon, Thailand. She is a descendant of King Rama IV. After graduating from Chitralada School, she went on to get her bachelor's degree from Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Political Science.

After graduating from Chulalongkorn University, she started working for the company Loxley, later marrying and moving to the USA. At 44, she divorced and began her career as a chef. Today, she leads the YouTube cooking programme High Zone Kitchen (ครัวชั้นสูง) based in Thailand.
