He spent 7 years as a trainee at JYP Entertainment and Pledis before moving to Modhaus (모드하우스). He was chosen to be a part of their new 24-member boy group called IDNTT that was scheduled to debut in the second half of 2025. However, the agency opted to split the members into 3 separate sub-units and allow the fans to select and later rotate the members for each unit.
He made his debut in August 2025 as the center of sub-unit UNEVERMET with their first self-titled EP.
