Taniguchi Takashi was a Japanese voice actor from Hokkaido. He was last affiliated to to Office Osawa at the time of his death.

He died at the age of 65 from an unknown illness on December 27, 2012. His death was announced the next day by fellow voice actor Furukawa Toshio on his Twitter account after receiving the news through Office Osawa.
