"Well" Disakorn Disayanon Kaljaruek, or Mr. D, is an actor, singer, host, stage performer, producer and the managing director of Kantana Group (กันตนา กรุ๊ป) and Kantana Movie Town (กันตนา มูฟวี่ทาวน์). He’s the son of actors Thapakorn Dissayanan and Chitlada Ditsayanan Kanyaruek. His older sister Stang Disalada Disayanon is Kantana Group's Head of Content.

Working in the entertainment industry from a young age, Well first debuted as a child singer when he sang the theme song for the children's TV series "Wai Son Khon Mahatsachan" (วัยซนคนมหัศจรรย์), a series he also acted in.
