He began his career at age 16, quite late for a professional driver, thanks to the full support of his wealthy family. He raced go-karts in South Korea for one year before moving to the United Kingdom, where he began testing Formula Renault 2.0 and Formula 4 with the JHR Development Team.
After spending a few years in regional categories in Oceania and Asia, he signed with Hi-Tech TGR in 2026 to compete in Formula 3 with the goal of reaching Formula 1 by 2030.
