He is one of the few basketball commentators who never played professionally. He began his career as an NBA journalist for Internews in 1998 and served as editor-in-chief of "XXL" from 2000 to 2002. He then worked as a commentator at iTV for one year before becoming the editor-in-chief of NBA magazine "Rookie" from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, he joined the basketball magazine "Jump Ball" working as the head of the reporting team until 2008 and then serving as the editor-in-chief until 2020. He is now active on YouTube and working as a commentator for Coupang Play Sports.
