Lee Han Chul is a South Korean singer-songwriter, composer, and former member of ZIPPER (지퍼) and BULLDOG MANSION (불독맨션). He graduated from Hyupsung High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yeungnam University and a master's degree in Arts Management from Chung-Ang University.

Before debuting, he won the bronze medal at the 1993 Yoo Jae-ha Music Competition and, one year later, he won the Grand Prize at the MBC University Music Festival. He made his debut in 1995 with his first EP titled "Debut 1995". His first two albums were a commercial failure, so he decided to form a duo called ZIPPER and re-debuted in 1998 with the album "Magazine". They disbanded in early 1999 as both wanted to do other music projects.

He then founded rock band BULLDOG MANSION, officially debuting in 2000 with their EP titled "Debut E.P". The band had several successful singles, including the well-known "Happy Birthday to Me" featured in the SamBakZa Flash cartoon "There She Is!! Step 2 - Cake Dance". The band disbanded in 2005 but has reunited twice in 2013 and 2014 and released special singles. He is represented by Tube Amp Music (튜브앰프뮤직).
