Choi Yu Gang is a South Korean chef. He graduated from Kyung Hee University with a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and later obtained a master's degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Sejong University.

He worked for 17 years at the Shilla Hotel's Chinese restaurant, Palsun, where he rose to the position of assistant manager. During his tenure, he was recognized for his skills and for precisely managing state banquets for prominent guests like Chinese President Xi Jinping.

He currently runs Kojacha, a restaurant that combines Chinese and Japanese cuisine, alongside Japanese chef Cho Young Du. The restaurant became a sensation after receiving a Michelin star just two years after opening.
