Zou Hui is the founder and chairman of China South Angel (中南天使(湖南)文化传媒有限公司).

At the age of 18, Zou Hui became involved with books, and in 2003, he founded China South Angel, a cultural media company focusing on youth literature and animation. In 2014, the company formed a joint venture with CnS Publishing and Media (中南出版传媒集团). On Jan. 17, 2020, Zou Hui established Changsha Shenman Culture Technology Co., Ltd (长沙神漫文化科技有限公司). He aspires to build Shenman Culture into the largest animation production base in central China.
