Takenaka Yudai is a Japanese singer and member of NOVELBRIGHT (ノーベルブライト). He graduated from Hyogo Prefectural Aboshi High School.

He formed the band in July 2013 as a copy of the Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK and played in small venues or festivals for several years. After several members were replaced, they released their first original single, "Morning Light", in January 2017 with him as the vocalist. Their first album, "Wonderland", was released in May 2020, and they won the New Artist Award at the 62nd Japan Record Awards.

They are managed by Zest, and their label is Universal Music Japan (ユニバーサルミュージックジャパン).
