As a child, he was a model student, so when he decided to become a pro gamer, his family opposed it. After convincing them, he joined the LCK Summer 2013, working for MiG Blitz, but after failing to achieve good results, the team disbanded, and he became an internet broadcaster and commentator. He played "League of Legends" for several years while also working as a part-time commentator. In 2024, he moved his channel from Afreeca TV to Chzzk.
In December 2025, he married announcer Park So Hyun.
