Kim Seung Yeon, later legally changed to Kim Ji On, is a South Korean singer, dancer, model, and former member of S.I.S (에스아이에스). She graduated from Hongik University College of Education Affiliated Girls' High School.

She made her debut in August 2017 (using the stage name Anne) as S.I.S' lead vocalist, lead dancer and face of the group with their first single album, "I've Got A Feeling". They were managed by XX Entertainment (더블엑스엔터테인먼트), but they immediately faced financial issues. The company had to resort to a Makestar crowdfunding project to support their comeback. The goal was reached, and they were even able to have concerts in Japan and Malaysia. After that, the company kept using Makestar to fund their new material, but the group never found many promotional opportunities. In March 2021, all social media accounts were deleted, and without any statement, they quietly disbanded.

She then legally changed her name to Kim Ji On and is now working as a model. She is represented by Leaders Entertainment (리더스 엔터테인먼트).
