Ahn Som Yi
- Name: Ahn Som Yi
- Native name: 안솜이
- Also Known as: Somyi, An Som I, Chomyi
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Female
- Born: January 26, 2000
- Age: 25
She joined DIA in April 2017 as the new lead dancer, rapper, vocalist and maknae with their second album, "YOLO". The group debuted in September 2015, but PocketDol Studio (포켓돌스튜디오) began making lineup changes almost immediately and kept delaying or postponing releases which hindered their ability to gain more fans.
In January 2022, she announced her departure from the group after she began appearing on the internet broadcast platform PandaTV, doing adults-only videos exposing her body and using obscene language. Her account was suspended and later deleted, and she switched to FlexTV and later to TikTok.
She appeared in an episode of "Attack of the Sisters", where she revealed that she needed money to help her struggling family, so she began appearing on PandaTV and suffered from panic attacks and anxiety.
Then, in January 2023, she accused her former CEO of sexual assault, but after reviewing the evidence, it was concluded that she was lying. The CEO sued her, and in March 2024, the court found her guilty of false accusations and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. She appealed the decision, and in June of that year, the court's verdict was changed to 2 years of probation and 160 hours of community service. At first, she denied the charges, but after learning about the new ruling, she quickly admitted to having lied to the court in the original case.
She's now managed by MODEN BERRY KOREA.
