Lee Han Gyul

  • Name: Lee Han Gyul
  • Native name: 이한결
  • Also Known as: Lee Han Gyeol, Hankyul, Hangyul
  • Nationality: South Korean
  • Gender: Male
  • Born: December 7, 1999
  • Age: 25
Lee Han Gyul is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of IM (아이엠), X1 (엑스원) and current member of BAE173 (비에이이173) and POLARIX (폴라릭스). He attended Incheon High School but dropped out. Before debuting, he spent over 4 years as a trainee at different agencies. He was abandoned at birth but was adopted when he was 7 years old.

He made his debut in September 2017 as IM's main dancer, vocalist and visual with their first digital single, "Sad Story". The group was originally called IM66 and was supposed to have 10 members, but only 4 ended up debuting in the sub-unit IM. The agency, MBK Entertainment (MBK엔터테인먼트; previously known as Core Content Media) was not able to promote the group correctly.

He then appeared in the survival show "Produce X 101", where he finished in 7th place and secured a spot in the show's project group.

He re-debuted in August 2019 as X1's main dancer and lead vocalist with their first mini-album, "Emergency: Quantum Leap" under Swing Entertainment (스윙 엔터테인먼트). Initially, the group had a 5-year contract. However, the vote manipulation scandal at MNet led to an investigation. They were forced to halt their activities, and after an unsuccessful negotiation about their future with Swing Entertainment and the members' individual agencies, they disbanded in January 2020.

He then joined groupmate Nam Do Hyun and debuted as duo H&D with the release of their mini-album, "Soulmate", in April 2020.

In November 2020, PocketDol Studio (포켓돌스튜디오) decided to launch another group, and he became BAE173's main dancer and vocalist. The group debuted with their mini-album, "Intersection: Spark". He became the group's leader in April 2022 after Park Jun Seo decided to step down from the role.

In October 2024, he became a contestant in the Chinese-South Korean co-production survival show "Starlight Boys", where he ended up in 6th place and earned a spot in the resulting project group. He will re-debut sometime in 2025 as part of POLARIX.
