She made her debut in April 2012 when she joined as the new lead vocalist with their mini-album, "Hippity Hop". The group had debuted 2 months prior but faced the departure of 3 members, so Banana Culture Entertainment (바나나컬쳐엔터테인먼트) decided to add her as a replacement. The group did not enjoy any commercial success until 2014 with the single "Up & Down".
However, in May 2019, the agency announced that they would go on hiatus after the contracts of Park Jeong Hwa and Ahn Hee Yeon expired. She opted to leave the agency in February 2020.
She moved to KH iHQ (KH아이에이치큐) to pursue an acting career, but her contract ended in 2023, and she is currently an independent artist.
