Kim Hyun Jong is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of ROMEO (로미오) and current member of KNK (크나큰). He graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School. Before debuting, he spent time as a trainee in Fantagio and was part of their trainee group I-TEEN.

He made his debut in May 2015 (using the stage name Hyun Kyung) as ROMEO's visual, face of the group and vocalist with their first EP, "The Romeo". They were originally managed in a joint venture by Japanese company Pony Canyon and by South Korean company CT Entertainment. In 2016, CT was acquired by Hunus Entertainment (후너스엔터테인먼트) and took full control of the group's management.

After early releases, the group began promoting less and less until they went on hiatus in early 2018. While no official announcement was ever made, ROMEO silently disbanded in late 2019.

He enlisted in his mandatory military service on December 8, 2020, and was discharged on June 7, 2022.

In January 2023, he reunited with 3 other ROMEO members and entered the singing survival competition "Peak Time". Unfortunately, they were eliminated in the preliminary round and officially ended all activities. He also began using his real name.

In mid-2023, he signed with 220 Entertainment (220엔터테인먼트) and was announced as KNK's new maknae in December of that year. As the group has not released any new material, he still awaits for his official re-debut.
