He finally debuted in 2014 as B.I.G's lead rapper with the single "Hello", which was immediately praised for lyrics that highlighted South Korean culture and promoted the country. In 2016, they signed a contract with HY Entertainment and debuted in Japan with their 1st mini-album, "Aphrodite", and a Japanese version of the song "Taola". The following year, he entered the signing survival show "The Uni.T" and placed 28th overall.
In 2020, he entered the global idol project "G-EGG" but did not make the final selection for the Japanese-South Korean project group that formed afterwards. In 2021, he joined the co-ed group TRIPLE SEVEN (777), who debuted with the song "Presente".
In 2023, he participated in the survival show "Peak Time" as a soloist and after passing the earlier rounds, he joined 3 other idols who entered the competition without their groups and formed Team 24:00.
On October 31, 2023, his contract with GH Entertainment had ended.
