John Jaemin Shin, also known by his Korean name Shin Jae Min and professionally as Sanchez, is a New Zealander rapper, producer, and former member of PHANTOM (팬텀). He is the older brother of rapper Microdot.

In early 2010, he was featured in the single "Cosmo Dance", part of the album "2010" released by an electronic music project called HybRefine and created by underground producer and composer Kiggen. He was also part of the single album, "Happy Train New Artist Project Vol.2 (Sanchez－San Toi)", also released in 2010.

After he joined Brand New Music (브랜뉴 뮤직), Kiggen, Jung Han Hae and he began releasing YouTube videos that included a medley of songs that had been banned by the South Korean Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

The trio joined to form PHANTOM and officially debuted in November 2011 with the single album "Hole In Your Face". They released several single albums and two mini-albums before going on an indefinite hiatus in mid-2015.

After 2 years of inactivity, the group officially disbanded in December 2017. Then, in November 2024, the trio decided to briefly reunite and released the album "Phantom Vintage".
