Lee Seung Hwan is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of ROMEO (로미오). He graduated from Ilsan Haengshin High School, and before debuting, he spent time as a trainee at Happy Face Entertainment and Star Empire.

He made his debut in May 2015 as the group's leader, main rapper, lead dancer and vocalist with their first EP, "The Romeo". They were originally managed in a joint venture by Japanese company Pony Canyon and by South Korean company CT Entertainment. In 2016, CT was acquired by Hunus Entertainment (후너스엔터테인먼트) and took full control of the group's management.

After early releases, the group began promoting less and less until they went on hiatus in early 2018. While no official announcement was ever made, ROMEO silently disbanded in late 2019.

He promoted with fellow member Ma Jae Kyung (formerly known as Kyle) in a sub-unit called ROMEO S&J in 2022, and he reunited with Kyle, Hyunkyung and Kangmin to participate in JTBC's "Peak Time" in mid-2023, but were eliminated in the preliminary round. No more information about his activities is available.
