Noh Kang Min is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of ROMEO (로미오). He graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School.

He made his debut in May 2015 as the group's lead dancer, lead rapper, vocalist and maknae with their first EP, "The Romeo". They were originally managed in a joint venture by Japanese company Pony Canyon and by South Korean company CT Entertainment. In 2016, CT was acquired by Hunus Entertainment (후너스엔터테인먼트) and took full control of the group's management.

After early releases, the group began promoting less and less until they went on hiatus in early 2018. While no official announcement was ever made, ROMEO silently disbanded in late 2019.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on May 25, 2020, and was discharged on November 28, 2021.

He reunited with Ma Jae Kyung (formerly known as Kyle), Kim Hyun Jong (formerly known as Hyunkyung) and Seung Hwan to participate in JTBC's "Peak Time" in mid-2023 but were eliminated in the preliminary round.
