Woo Jin Young
- Name: Woo Jin Young
- Native name: 우진영
- Also Known as: Jinyoung
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: May 31, 1997
- Age: 28
Before debuting, he spent 2 years as a trainee at JYP Entertainment and participated in "MIXNINE", where he ranked 1st among the male trainees and was chosen to be part of the project group. However, YG Entertainment and the agencies of the top-9 never reached an agreement and the group was cancelled.
In late 2017, he was introduced as part of pre-debut group HNB and was one of the 5 trainees selected to debut. Before joining the debut group, he formed a sub-unit with Kim Hyun Soo and promoted together for a while, releasing their first mini album "Present." in June 2018. He also joined a second sub-unit alongside Jung Min Hwan and Park Woo Dam and released their digital single "You Are So Pretty" in December 2018.
The group's agency, Dreamcatcher Company (드림캐쳐 컴퍼니, previously known as HappyFace Entertainment), set a subsidiary label for the selected members and asked the public to vote for the group's name. After several days, the name D1CE was chosen, and D1CE Entertainment was formally created.
He made his debut in 2019 as the group's rapper and maknae with their first EP, "Wake Up: Roll the World." They released a few single albums and digital singles until early 2021, when the group went into an indefinite hiatus. He debuted as a soloist with the mini-album "3 - 2 = A" while the other members were enlisting in the military.
In January 2023, all the members' contracts expired, and the company decided not to renew them, effectively disbanding the group. He enlisted for his mandatory military service on March 4, 2024, and he will be discharged on September 3, 2025.
