Noh Dae Hwan, otherwise known as Zica or Noah, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of A.T.O (에이티오) and JJCC (제이제이씨씨). He graduated from Kyunghee University with a bachelor's degree in Postmodern Music.

He made his debut using the stage name Noah in November 2014 as A.T.O's maknae with their first single, "Just Like It Was A Painting." The group was not successful and disbanded 5 months later.

In mid-2015, he re-debuted almost immediately when he joined JJCC (using the stage name Zica) as their lead vocalist with the single "Fire." The group was created in March 2014 thanks to the Jackie Chan Group Korea, and it helped them gain some notoriety at the beginning. However, as some members enlisted for their mandatory military service, the group went into an indefinite hiatus. They were inactive since 2020 until they officially announced their disbandment in May 2024.
