Before debuting, the group released a song with labelmate IU titled "Sea of Moonlight" that entered the Top-10 of the Gaon Digital Chart.
She made her debut in August 2012 as FIESTAR's main rapper, main dancer, vocalist and maknae with the single album "Vista." In 2015, she entered "Unpretty Rapstar 2" and reached the semifinals before being eliminated, and in early 2016, she debuted as a soloist with the single "Foresight Dream."
In 2018, Kakao M (카카오M, formerly known as LOEN Entertainment) announced that 4 members would not renew their expiring contracts, and, as a result, the group disbanded.
She continued to promote as a soloist and was represented by JG Star (제이지스타).
In August 2024, Cao Lu revealed the group had been reformed after she financed the reunion thanks to her earnings as a streamer in China. She also bought the rights to one of their most popular singles, "You're Pitiful". They re-debuted as an independent group but are looking for an agency and a manager.
