Cho Hye Yeon, known professionally as Jo Aram, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, and former member of GUGUDAN (구구단). She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School.

She made her debut in June 2016 (using the stage name Hyeyeon) as the group's lead dancer, lead vocalist, rapper and, at the time, maknae with their first mini-album, "Act 1. The Little Mermaid". After some initial success, the group began struggling to find promotional activities, and new releases were not as frequent. Jellyfish Entertainment (젤리피쉬엔터테인먼트) decided to put the full group on hiatus in 2018.

In August 2017, she joined a newly created sub-unit called GUGUDAN 5959 (구구단 오구오구; spelled as OGUOGU) and released their first single, "Ice Chu". However, the unit became inactive when she took a break due to health concerns in May 2018 and later went inactive as she decided to leave the group in October of that year.

She spent nearly 4 years away from the entertainment industry and returned in April 2022 now as an actress using the stage name Jo Aram. Her debut was in the tvN drama "The Killer's Shopping List".

She is represented by Beyond J (비욘드제이).
