Wang Ce, formerly known as Wang Zhi Gang (王志刚), is a Chinese fencer, actor, and model born in Chongqing. In 1988, he entered the Sichuan Provincial Sports School to practice fencing and later joined the Sichuan Provincial Fencing Team. In 1993, he won fifth place in fencing and epee at the Seventh National Games. He retired in 1996 and joined the Malaysian national fencing team two years later to coach for one year.

In 1999, he won in Sichuan Province's elite model competition and started his acting career in the TV movie "Mountain City Rose". In 2000, he went to the Nelson College of Art in Washington, D.C. to study performance and he returned to China two tears later to resume his acting career. In 2008, he gained recognition for playing the role of the villain in the drama "Ugly Invincible Wu Di". In 2009, he played a role in the CCTV spy-themed TV series "Confidential Warfare" for which he was nominated Best Actor in the Legendary Category at the 4th China Huading Awards in 2010.
