Hasegawa Keiichi is a Japanese screenwriter from Atami, Shizuoka, Japan.

He graduated from Nihon University's College of Art, Department of Film. He started his career as an assistant director with the unreleased film "Kuchita Teoshiguruma" and then spent over ten years in the art department working on props and decorations.

In 1997, Hasegawa transitioned to screenwriting, debuting with episode 22 of "Ultraman Tiga." The same year, he became the main writer for "Ultraman Dyna." By 1998, he expanded his work to include writing scripts for anime.
