Kazuya Kamihoriuchi is a Japanese television drama director and stage director specializing in tokusatsu. He is from Kagoshima, Japan.

After high school, Kamihoriuchi worked as an assistant director for variety programs at a television station in Kagoshima. He later moved to Tokyo to pursue a career in drama and film direction, although he did not have a specific plan at the time.

In 2017, Kamihoriuchi made his film directorial debut with "Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders" (仮面ライダー平成ジェネレーションズ FINAL ビルド&エグゼイド with レジェンドライダー), released in December.
