Vahn
- Name: Vahn
- Native name: 반
- Also Known as: Kim Jungwoo, Kim Jeong U, 김정우
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: May 7, 1999
- Age: 26
Overall, he was part of three pre-debut groups but could not debut in any of them.
First, in May 2017, he was introduced as part of the pre-debut group HNB, but the agency, Dreamcatcher Company (드림캐쳐 컴퍼니; previously known as HappyFace Entertainment), decided to let the public vote for the 5 members who will debut among 14 trainees (as D1CE; 디원스). He was not selected and left the company.
Then, in November 2019, he joined A Entertainment (에이플러스엔터테인먼트) and was set to debut as part of the agency's new idol group, UTH (유스). However, the group disbanded for undisclosed reasons in early 2020 without having debuted.
And, in early 2020, he became part of a pre-debut co-ed team of trainees called YOURS (유얼스), managed by Deep Studio Entertainment (딥 스튜디오 엔터테인먼트). The agency began a series to allow fans to vote for their preferred trainee (male or female). However, the process was full of controversies, and he ended up leaving a few months later.
He finally made his official debut in March 2022 (using the stage name Vahn) as NINE.i's producer, vocalist and rapper with their first mini album, "New World". He was involved in producing all songs in their debut album and also is credited as a lyricist in ATBO's "Bounce."
However, in March 2024, all members (except Eden) became involved in a legal dispute with their agency, FirstOne Entertainment (퍼스트원 엔터테인먼트), for undisclosed reasons. In June of that year, the issue was resolved, but they went on hiatus to plan their future activities.
In July 2024, he made his debut as a solo artist with the digital single "Crush On You".
In December 2024, they made their debut in Japan with the single "Mirage". They will continue to promote there as they are currently without a South Korean agency to manage them.
